The pack

Vetted Small-Business Automation Pack

For owners and small teams who would rather import a validated, documented workflow than build their own.

What is included

  • All 10 n8n workflow files, including the 3 free ones.
  • A README per template: what it does, apps and accounts, numbered setup, approval and error behavior, limits.
  • A running-cost estimate per template from the Vetted Price Index, with plan, source and verification date.
  • A setup guide and a cost cheat sheet.

Not included yet: Make versions. They ship only after passing Make's own validator. Tested on: Not yet tested.

Checkout is not open yet. The pack goes on sale once the checkout provider is set up.

What the platform costs

All 10 at the volumes on their pages: 969 executions a month fit n8n Cloud Starter (2,500 executions a month): €20/mo billed annually. n8n counts one run of a whole workflow as one execution, however many steps it has. Make bills per module action instead, so a Make estimate needs the finished blueprints.

n8n publishes euro prices to visitors in Germany, which is what the Price Index records; Make publishes US dollars. Nothing is converted.

Validated is not tested

Every n8n file passed n8n-mcp's workflow validator (strict profile) with zero errors on Oct 17, 2026, and each node's settings were checked key by key against n8n-mcp's copy of n8n's node definitions. That catches broken structure, unknown settings and bad connections.

It does not prove the workflow runs against your accounts. Until we import and run a template on a live account, its page says Tested on: Not yet tested. When it changes, the page will name the date and the n8n version.

Questions

Have these templates been tested?
Not on a live account yet, and each page says so ("Not yet tested"). Every n8n file has passed n8n-mcp's workflow validator with no errors, which checks the structure, node parameters and connections. That is not the same as a live run, so run each one with your own test data before switching it on.
Do I need n8n Cloud, or can I self-host?
Either. The files import into n8n Cloud or a self-hosted n8n instance. Each template page shows which n8n Cloud plan covers it at a stated volume, from the Vetted Price Index, and links the n8n cost calculator for comparing self-hosting.
Are Make versions included?
Not yet. Make blueprints are added only after they pass Make's own validator, and none has yet. Until then the pack contains the n8n versions, and each template page shows the Make status.
Does the AI post anything without me?
No. The two templates where AI drafts text that customers will see (Google review replies and social posts) email you the draft with Approve and Decline buttons and do nothing until you approve. The email triage template uses AI only to sort mail.
Do the files contain any credentials or account details?
No. Every value you must change sits in one Configure me node with placeholder text, and n8n asks you to connect your own accounts after import.
What is in the Vetted Small-Business Automation Pack?
All 10 n8n workflows (the 3 free ones included), a README for each, a setup guide and a cost cheat sheet built from the Price Index. The files are delivered by the checkout provider after purchase.
