New blog post to AI-drafted social posts, queued after approval

What it automates

Each new post in your RSS feed gets AI-drafted LinkedIn, X and Facebook posts that are emailed to you. Approved drafts go to a posting-queue sheet; nothing is published automatically.

The flow

STARTS WHENNew post in your RSS feedAI DRAFTSAI drafts three postsYOU APPROVEYou approve or decline by emailRESULTAdd to posting-queue sheet

Who it is for

Businesses that publish a blog but rarely promote each post.

Human approval

All three drafts are emailed to you with Approve and Decline buttons. Approve adds them to your queue sheet as Ready to schedule; nothing is posted to any network by this workflow.

When something fails

If the AI step fails you get the post link by email. If the sheet rejects the row after 3 tries you get the drafts to copy by hand.

Running cost estimate

At 12 new blog posts a month: 12 executions a month fit n8n Cloud Starter (2,500 executions a month): €20/mo billed annually. Last verified on n8n's pricing page.

One run is one n8n execution, however many steps or waits it has. The cost of the apps themselves is separate. Make: no estimate until the Make version exists, because Make bills per module action.
