        "content": "## Reply to Google Business Profile reviews with OpenAI drafts approved in Gmail\n\nEvery new Google review gets a reply drafted by OpenAI and emailed to you for approval. Nothing is posted until you click Approve.\n\n### How it works\n1. The Google Business Profile trigger checks for new reviews every hour.\n2. OpenAI drafts a reply in your tone. The review text is treated as untrusted input.\n3. Gmail sends you the draft and waits up to 7 days for Approve or Decline.\n4. Approve posts the exact draft as the reply and emails you a confirmation. Decline or no answer posts nothing.\n5. If a step fails, you get an email with what to post by hand.\n\n### Setup\n1. Request Business Profile API access for your Google Cloud project (Google requires it).\n2. Open **Configure me** and set your business name, email, sign-off and tone.\n3. Connect Google Business Profile (OAuth2), OpenAI and Gmail, then pick your account and location in both Google nodes.\n4. Choose a current OpenAI model in **Draft reply with AI** (the model ID in the file is a placeholder).\n5.
