Weekly KPI digest from Stripe, Google Analytics and HubSpot

What it automates

Every Monday morning one email gives last week's Stripe revenue by currency, GA4 sessions and users, and new HubSpot contacts. A source that is down is reported as unavailable, never as zero.

Who it is for

Owners who check three dashboards every week and want the numbers in one place.

Human approval

None needed: AI writes nothing a customer sees here. Customer emails are fixed text you edit in the workflow.

When something fails

Each source is retried 3 times and fails on its own: the digest still goes out and names the source that could not be read.

Running cost estimate

At one run a week (at most 5 a month): 5 executions a month fit n8n Cloud Starter (2,500 executions a month): €20/mo billed annually. Last verified on n8n's pricing page.

One run is one n8n execution, however many steps or waits it has. The cost of the apps themselves is separate. Make: no estimate until the Make version exists, because Make bills per module action.

Setup overview

  1. In n8n, open Workflows, choose Import from File, and select n8n.json.
  2. Open Configure me and set your email, business name and GA4 property ID.
  3. Create credentials: Stripe, Google Analytics OAuth2, a HubSpot private app token and Gmail. Select the Stripe credential in the Stripe charges node.
  4. Set the workflow time zone in Workflow settings so 08:00 is your 08:00.
  5. Run one test with your own data, check every step's output, then switch the workflow to Active.

Known limits

  • Stripe revenue counts the first 100 charges of the week; the email says so when there are more.
  • New HubSpot contacts are counted from the 100 most recently changed contacts.

Workflow file ready. n8n-mcp 2.94.0 validate_workflow (strict profile): 0 errors (Oct 17, 2026). Validation is not a live run.
