What software actually costs, checked against the vendor's own pricing page
12 vendors, every plan dated and linked to its official source. Unknown values say so instead of guessing, and each price stays in the currency the vendor publishes (EUR, USD). Last full check: Oct 17, 2026.
Vendors
“Cheapest paid plan” is the lowest per-month price each vendor publishes, whichever billing term it applies to. Sorting by price groups vendors by currency first, because a euro amount and a dollar amount are not the same unit.

How this index is built
Where the numbers come from
Only the vendor's own pricing page or official help center. No review sites, resellers, cached copies or memory. Each plan stores its source URL and the date we read it, and that date is shown next to every table.
When a page hides a price behind a toggle we could not read, quotes it only through sales, or words it ambiguously, the value is stored as empty with the reason, and the page shows “Not published” or “Contact sales”. Limited-time offers are listed separately and never treated as the standing price.
How it is checked and kept current
Every value is reviewed by the site owner before it is published: a pricing update ships only when the owner approves the change. Prices are never converted between currencies; n8n, for example, is recorded in euros as published for visitors in Germany.
Prices older than 45 days are re-checked by hand. Weekly automated change detection is being added next; until it runs, a price change appears here only after a manual re-check. Price history starts on the day tracking began and is never reconstructed from memory.
